Yamaha officially unveiled the 2022 Yamaha XSR900 with its Christian Sarron-inspired livery. The blue and gold styling instantly harks back to Yamaha’s glorious racing past, where Sarron’s crowning achievement of the 1984 250cc World Championship. Like most motorcycles in the Yamaha line-up, the XSR900 was shaped by a unique philosophy; this one is called Faster Sons, and it aims to blend iconic style with modern technology. The striking look of the next generation Yamaha XSR900 is apparent from every angle. With the tank design, exposed aluminum frame and side silhouette drawing clear inspiration from iconic Yamaha race bikes of the past, there is also an unmistakably modern design element underscoring the machine’s high-performance capabilities.
